In the run-up to the winter holidays, gallupARTS runs a ‘pop-up” art market at ART123 Gallery.
Featuring 20+ artists and everything from pottery to paintings to jewelry to papercraft to wood carving,
the Pop-up Holiday Art Market is your unique, handmade, creative holiday shopping destination.

Eligibility:
- Handmade items and/or items of original design only (no mass manufactured items)
- Preference given to artists from Gallup, McKinley County, or surrounding communities
Available table/wall/booth spaces and prices:
- 8ft long table – $50
- 8ft wide wall space – $50
- 8ft booth (8ft long table + 8ft wide wall space) – $100
- 6ft long table – $37.50
- 6ft wide wall space – $37.50
- 6ft booth (6ft long table + 6ft wide wall space) – $75
- 4ft long table – $25
- 4ft wide wall space – $25
- 4ft booth (4ft long table + 4ft wide wall space) – $50
* Two artists may share any of the above spaces at the following rates:
- 8ft-sized space: $25
- 6ft-sized space: $20
- 4ft-sized space: $15
Artists will be notified if selected by November 4.
Artist guidelines:
- All items sold must be hand-crafted and/or the artist’s original design/concept. No mass-manufactured items shall be included.
- Booth spaces: If your booth space comes with a table, gallupARTS will provide a 6ft or 8ft long folding table, or half of an 8ft long folding table, with black table cloth. For wall spaces, gallupARTS will provide nails, thumbtacks, and a hammer for artists to use for display installation purposes. Artists must provide their own additional display materials/equipment. If an artist needs electricity or any other special accommodation, they must notify gallupARTS in writing within 10 business days of their acceptance into the Market.
- Table-only displays must NOT exceed 12 inches (1 foot) in height.
- Artists are responsible for their own set-up and tear-down. Display setup will be Tuesday and Wednesday, December 1 and 2 between 1 and 6pm. Display teardown will be Tuesday, January 5, 2027, from 1 – 6pm.
- All artworks must be individually labeled per gallupARTS system. If artist fails to individually label artworks as required, gallupARTS may refuse to make sales.
- gallupARTS will not take a commission on sales.
- gallupARTS will only accept customer payments made by cash or check.
- Sales tax is the sole responsibility of the artist.
- Artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless gallupARTS and its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of, or relating to, participating in the Pop-up Holiday Art Market.
- Artist acknowledges that gallupARTS has informed him/her that he/she is responsible for carrying insurance for artwork in the Pop-up Holiday Art Market for the duration of the Market. Artist accepts personal responsibility for insuring his/her artwork while in the Market.
- Booth fees are nonrefundable, unless in cases of emergency as determined by gallupARTS.
- gallupARTS will administer artist payouts within 10 business days of the Market closing date.
