Artist Lift Zone

As part of its mission to promote local art, support local artists, and strengthen the regional creative economy, gallupARTS is partnering with Comcast to create an Artist Lift Zone at ART123 Gallery. The Artist Lift Zone will help close the digital divide in our community and enable more local artists get online to expand their audiences, grow their professional networks and increase their sales opportunities. The Artist Lift Zone will provide local artists with services and equipment to help start or administer e-commerce ventures and to manage websites, social media and digital marketing.

Artists:

Have you or do you want to pivot to e-commerce?
Looking to expand your fan following or customer base through social media and/or digital marketing?
Do you need help creating high quality images of your artwork for use online?

The Artist Lift Zone provides artists NO COST access to

Secure wifi
Computer equipment
Photography and video equipment
Staff assistance

Open by appointment.

General Policies

Users

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
All users must sign a liability waiver and agree to and abide by the Lift Zone’s stated policies. Failure to adhere to the policies may result in ban from the Lift Zone.

Equipment availability

Appointments can be made for equipment, and priority will go to those who have made appointments in advance. If there are no appointments scheduled, equipment is available on a first come, first served basis.
Out of consideration for others, if there is a wait for use of equipment, please limit time with equipment to 45 minutes.

Use of equipment

Lift Zone equipment and services will only be used for lawful business purposes.
All business conducted within the Lift Zone must respect the intellectual property of others and follow all U.S. copyright laws.
Please do not eat or drink near the equipment.
Visitors are responsible for safe and responsible use of the equipment.
Do not take any equipment out of the Lift Zone.

Use of space

gallupARTS is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in, on, or about the Lift Zone premises.
